A lovely recipe using our Chicken Thighs kindly provided by Steve Muscles
- Pre heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Put 1 dessert spoon of coconut oil in a roasting tray and put in the oven for 5 mins to melt the oil.
- Remove the tray from the oven and add spices and seasoning -sea salt, black pepper, turmeric and canon spices.
- Coat chicken thighs in the spices mixture being careful not to burn yourself. Pop in the oven for around 45 mins so they're nice and crispy
